We know about the time and the effort put in to our coils. Allow me to take care of the product hunting for you. That will definitely save you some time and energy for detangling.
A Little History
I created @napturaihair on twitter in June of 2016. For two years I have been on twitter making educational threads, discussing natural hair, privately consulting, finding the best tutorials, creating reviews and recommending the best products for naturals.
It has been a wonderful two years so far with the twitter page. I love connecting with fellow natural haired women. Its heart warming to comfort those who are transitioning or who are getting ready to do the big chop. Its fulfilling to help natural woes and plateaus. I have decided to expand and create this blog so that I could get out more information and to easily be able to update. Threads on twitter don't always paint the full picture and if broken, they can be difficult to update. This blog will make it so much easier to keep you informed and it will be so much easier to find what you are looking for. Don't worry. I'll still be tweeting!
That's Just My Opinion
During these last two years I have recommended thousands of products for my followers on the timeline and extensively via direct messaging. I enjoy sharing what works and what doesn't and most importantly what's affordable. I always recommend products that I use and products that I am familiar with. If I don't particularly like a product, I make sure to voice constructive reasons for why I am not a fan of it. However, I do not withhold product information because of my personal bias. Although, if I know that a product is harmful or phony I'm not going to advise anyone to use it.

What You Should Expect
If you haven't been following me on twitter, and you should be, you're probably wondering what to expect. Expect recommendations for every and anything related to natural hair and womanhood in general. When I find ways to make my life easier I like to share it with others. Ask me where I got something and I will always tell you. I'm that type of girl. The sole purpose of me even starting with @napturaihair was to make the natural journey easier but you can also find me retweeting job opportunities and scholarships too. If you are reading this and you are in another country, don't fret. So many of my followers are from all around the world and I manage to find them what they need. The possibilities are endless but the goal is to find what's useful and affordable.
These last two years have been wonderful. Now with a blog I can expand my content and hopefully reach and help more people. With this expansion I have decided that I would like to monetize what I do. I have been teaching and consulting for quite a while now and as a college student I have got to find a way to pay some bills with this hobby of mine. (Seriously. Student loans are not a joke.) Aside from bills, the creative tools that I'd like to develop for you can come in to fruition. I have not been sponsored as of yet, but I hope to soon be given the opportunity. Once this does happen, know that I will not be taking anything that I do not like nor will I show you something that I know doesn't work. I've been the victim of this and would never do it to others. I have built a great following from my honesty (and of course my great posts) and so I'd never jeopardize it because I genuinely love you guys. As of right now, I do have affiliate links. Sometimes when you buy what I have recommended, I may make a very small commission. Things that I have links for are things that I actually like, as they are not sponsored (meaning I have not been contacted and asked/paid to talk about it). The affiliate links are something that I have to actively seek out, they are not given to me. The links do not change the price of the product that I recommend. Thank you for understanding and more importantly, thank you for valuing my content. I appreciate it more than you know.
